⚖️ Compliance & Legal

New updates and improvements

TxShield is designed with security and responsible usage in mind. While I’m a solo builder, I want to be transparent about how I handle compliance and legal matters.

Data Handling

  • TxShield does not collect or store private keys, user credentials, or personal identifiable information (PII).

  • Any data processed (e.g., transaction payloads) is strictly used for analysis and never retained beyond what’s necessary for the service.

Fair Use

  • The API has rate limits in place to ensure stability.

  • Abusive traffic may be blocked to protect the service.

Security

  • Only HTTPS is supported; insecure HTTP requests are rejected.

  • API keys must be kept secure. Do not hardcode them in frontend applications.

GDPR & Privacy

  • TxShield avoids processing PII by default.

  • If your use case involves sensitive data, please reach out (TxShield@proton.me) so I can provide clarity on data handling.

Liability

  • TxShield provides best-effort security analysis, but it does not guarantee the absolute prevention of financial loss.

  • Users are responsible for their final decisions when interacting with blockchain transactions.

Solo Project Note

TxShield is currently an independent, solo project. While I strive to maintain high standards of security and reliability, please understand there may be limitations compared to larger organizations.
