⚖️ Compliance & Legal
New updates and improvements
TxShield is designed with security and responsible usage in mind. While I’m a solo builder, I want to be transparent about how I handle compliance and legal matters.
Data Handling
TxShield does not collect or store private keys, user credentials, or personal identifiable information (PII).
Any data processed (e.g., transaction payloads) is strictly used for analysis and never retained beyond what’s necessary for the service.
Fair Use
The API has rate limits in place to ensure stability.
Abusive traffic may be blocked to protect the service.
Security
Only HTTPS is supported; insecure HTTP requests are rejected.
API keys must be kept secure. Do not hardcode them in frontend applications.
GDPR & Privacy
TxShield avoids processing PII by default.
If your use case involves sensitive data, please reach out (TxShield@proton.me) so I can provide clarity on data handling.
Liability
TxShield provides best-effort security analysis, but it does not guarantee the absolute prevention of financial loss.
Users are responsible for their final decisions when interacting with blockchain transactions.
Solo Project Note
TxShield is currently an independent, solo project. While I strive to maintain high standards of security and reliability, please understand there may be limitations compared to larger organizations.
